It is built on the Anthropic Agent SDK and operates directly on the TelecomsXchange marketplace through two Model Context Protocol (MCP) servers: an in-process route-QA compute server (deterministic domain math) and tcxc-mcp-server (55 live TelecomsXchange marketplace tools). It is terminal-first (a Claude-Code-style Ink TUI) today, with a web UI on the roadmap. **Important disambiguation:** "Carrier" here means a wholesale **telecommunications** carrier (voice/VoIP termination, SMS/A2P messaging, phone numbers, HLR lookups, eSIM/RSP).
